Clara (she/her), a specialist in Career Pathway English who combines high-quality language teaching with deep expertise in Equality, Diversity, & Inclusion in the workplace.

Clara holds a Cambridge University CELTA qualification and has over 10 years’ experience supporting multilingual professionals to develop advanced English for work, progression and promotion. She has worked as an EDI policy adviser in policing and as Senior Course Designer for local authorities, private language academies and criminal justice settings. She has spent her career at the intersection of teaching, policy and stakeholder engagement, ensuring her sessions are both inclusive and rooted in real organisational contexts.

Legally trained, Clara holds a First Class degree in Law and a Postgraduate Certificate in Forensic Linguistics, enabling her to bring a precise, evidence-based approach to language, policy and professional communication throughout the programme.
